A long time ago, I saw a recipe on the web called “Ruth’s Chicken”. The author said “noone remembers who Ruth is, but we’ve been making this dish for 3 generations”.
I have recipes like this that will baffle my progeny someday. “Adeline’s Mexican Cornbread”….and tonight we’re having “Rhonda’s Chicken Lickin”. (chicken and rice)
