Not actually a time travel book per se. But…
The book I’ve been lying in bed reading: Possession by A.S. Byatt
It’s a veryyyy meaty read. Terribly rich language. I was slow getting into it because it’s just not an easy read. But now the storyline is starting to unfold and it’s gripping!
I bought it on Audible too, and I think listening to it will help. And there’s a reader’s guide that I might buy.
A lot of work to enjoy a book? But oh my it’s beautiful.
Basically 2 literary researchers discover a possible romantic link between 2 Victorian poets and become literary sleuths to try to uncover the details. The author created these 2 poets and all of their poetry and stories and that’s all in the book too. So, lots of Victorian language.
