Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good. ~Voltaire
For many people (I’m guilty of this occasionally, and I know a LOT of people who are), if we’re not “perfect” at something, or our relationship isn’t perfect, or our kids aren’t perfect, or whatever…we think we/it/they aren’t good enough.
Sometimes “good”, rather than perfect, is good enough and just fine.
If you’ve given it your best shot, be proud of yourself and be proud of being “good enough”.
