A good article about the Anchor Baby issue.
It has actual facts and numbers, as well as a description of the process that would have to occur for a ratification of the constitution to pass.
I have mixed feelings about this but generally believe that a child born here is BY LAW and birthright a… US citizen and this should not change. But the parents are still illegal so OUT and get back in the legal way, I say!
This last sentence particularly irked me. I think the mother was talking about financial aid for college. Non-citizens can not apply for federal aid or guaranteed student loans (I think).

“Her 12-year-old daughter was born… in Mexico and is here illegally, but her two youngest children, ages 8 and 5, were born in the U.S. and are citizens.”
And the mother said:
“It’s sad,” Gomez said of her oldest daughter, who was only 1 when the family came to the United States. “She studies hard, and she won’t be able to go to a university like the other two.”
Yes she can. If you PAY FOR IT. What a concept.
